New Year

Edith Lovejoy Pierce:
We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called "Opportunity" and its first chapter is New Year's Day.
Benjamin Franklin:
Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better man.
T. S. Eliot:
. . . to make an end is to make a beginning.

Happy 2007.

Oops. Somehow we missed posting this in the wee hours of New Year's Night and didn't notice until just now (I found it sitting in our 'Saved' file).

But the year is still young and the sentiment is the same.

Best wishes for a good 2007.
