Senate Bill 150

This morning the Senate passed Senator Jenkins' SB 150, which
"... provides that a person who is convicted of murder, based on a predicate offense that also constitutes a separate offense, may also be convicted of, and punished for, the separate offense."

Excellent! This will be a good law, and I'm glad to see this passed the senate. I wouldn't think it would have any problem passing the House either.

Thanks for the comment VilaD - Sen. Jenkins' bill does make sense. I believe the House of Reps will think so too.
