Utah State Senator In November, Utah citizens will vote on five proposed amendments to the Utah State Constitution. Our staff has prepared the Ballot Titles and Impartial Analysis (as required by law) and I thought you might be interested in a preview. Ballot Titles for Constitutional Amendments A, B, C, D and E (1 page)You'll see this again when the 2008 Voters Guide is mailed out in a few weeks. I hope you'll read it. State government is a weighty matter but it goes pretty smoothly when voters are informed and paying attention.
