Today is the 31st day of the Utah legislative session. For all you taffy lovers who were disappointed yesterday, never fear. The hydrants are full. Here’s the low-down at the Senate:
* Floor times:
- Morning: 10-11:45 a.m.
- Afternoon: 2:10-5 p.m.
* Stream floor time on the Utah Legislature’s website.
* Join the live press conference today on Facebook. We’ve had lots of positive response, and it’s a great way to stay involved. We’ll announce the starting times on Facebook and Twitter.
* The Executive Appropriations Committee meeting this evening has been cancelled.
*KVNU For the People radio show will spotlight a Senator today around 5: 15 p.m. Tune in to listen.

The Utah Legislature paused Wednesday to honor the six officers who were involved in the January 4th Ogden drug raid. ”I’d like to express my appreciation for these fine men, courageous men who frequently put their lives on the line,” Senator Stuart Reid, R-Ogden, said as he thanked the officers for their service.
