3.  Efforts to clean up Utah’s voter registration pass Senate committee on a 5-0 vote.  “Anyone who has campaigned can tell you our voter rolls are at least 40 percent in error,” Sen. 5.  Utahns will be able to receive limited legal assistance at a self-help center within a court’s law library because of SB100 which was passed Thursday by the Utah Senate.  Senator Urquhart said legal services “are very expensive for people of this state.
